Our preferred guest count is 150 - 175 however we can accommodate more if necessary.
Ceremony & Reception level can hold 175 - 200 guests
Lower level can hold 150 - 175 guests
If utilizing both lower and main level max capacity is 300 - 350 guests

Yes, you do need to book an appointment for a private tour which allows us to give you our undivided attention and you can do that by clicking here.

Kaleidoscope does not impose any minimum requirements or fees.
However, please make sure you ask that question to all outside vendors.

We do allow outside vendors at Kaleidoscope. We do have a preferred list of vendors that are highly regarded in their field.
We do require your day of event insurance to be done through Nuptuial.

We have convenient lodging just 8 miles down the road.

We have early access to our venue starting at 11 am.

Date reservation fees are Non Refundable.

We invoice through our Quickbooks account. This offers many varieties of electronic payments! There is a 4% fee when using this service.
Cash or Check are preferred to avoid a 4% credit card fee.

No, we are a licensed caterer for our bar and beverage service.
Alcoholic beverages are prohibited from being brought into the venue.
Non Alcoholic beverages are prohibited from being brought into the venue for your wedding guests.

Kaleidoscope has a ZERO tolerance policy for illegal and medical marijuana being used on our property.
A $500 fine per person, per occurrence WILL be assessed if we find that this rule has been broken and we reserve the right to close the venue should this occur.

Smoking and vaping are only allowed in the designated area on the east side of the building.
At NO time should this occur in front, on the steps etc. We need to respect our neighbors.

When you are ready to book a date at Kaleidoscope:

Please have ready, your Top 3 date choices and specify your order of preference

The initial Non refundable date reservation fee is $1,000.
The Second payment which is 50% of the remaining fee is due 12 months in advance. If your wedding day is over a year away or at the 6 month mark if your wedding is within the next 12 months.
The Final installment is required 90 days prior to the event.

Yes, you are welcome to send any amount prior to the due dates. You can also pay in full at any time.

We do not. We understand cancellations can happen. We will add dates to our calendar should a cancellation occur.
Catering FAQs

Our beverage service is complimentary as well as exclusive to Kaleidoscope. Alcohol is an additional expense.
Otherwise, we do not offer catering however, we do have a list of preferred vendors that you can reach out to by clicking here.

Yes, you will work directly with your caterer of choice for food purchases.
Please remember Kaleidoscope does NOT provide dishes or silverware. These would need to be obtained through your caterer.
All beverage packages go through Kaleidoscope whether you are having alcohol or not.

Planning FAQs

The beverage service stops at 10:30pm.
Music stops at 11:00pm.
The venue closes at 11:30pm.

Vendors and decor will need to arrive the day of your event per the language in the contract.

No, candles are not allowed as Kaleidoscope is a flameless venue. You can use flameless candles.

Kaleidoscope Will Set Up/Breakdown Tables, Chairs and Linens and provide general cleaning of the venue.
Trash removal to our onsite dumpster is required to be done by the Client, their friends and or family.
While we do include standard venue cleaning in your date fee. We do reserve the right to charge and excessive cleaning fee of $500 if deemed necessary.

To maintain the flow, safety, and elevated experience of our venue, outside photo booth services are not permitted at Kaleidoscope. Our team carefully curates the event layout to ensure every element complements the space and your celebration seamlessly.

To ensure a seamless and elevated experience, all events at Kaleidoscope are supported by our in-house Day-of-Event Coordinator. This exclusive service allows our team—who knows the venue intimately—to manage the timeline, vendors, and flow of your celebration flawlessly. Outside coordinators are not permitted; however, our in-house coordinator is available as an optional upgrade to enhance your day and provide expert guidance from start to finish.
