The Day Of Your Tour

Please park in the back of the building and I will meet you at the front entrance.

It’s Helpful To Have A Clear Idea Of Your Total Wedding Budget Before Visiting.

Here’s How:

Determine Your budget: Start by setting a realistic overall budget for your wedding.

Identify Your Must-Haves: Sit down with your partner and make a list of the elements that are most important to both of you.

Research And Compare Costs: Do thorough research to understand the average costs associated with different wedding expenses.

Be Willing To Compromise: As you plan, you may need to make compromises and adjustments to stay within your budget.

Prior To Booking Our Venue, Please Bring Anyone That You Would Like To See The Venue.

Here’s Why:

Second Opinion: Having another person with you, such as your partner, a close friend, or a family member, provides an extra perspective.

Shared Vision: Bringing someone who is involved in the wedding planning process ensures that the venue aligns with both of your visions.

Memory And Notes: Visiting multiple venues can be overwhelming, and details can easily blur together.

Just A Reminder, We Can’t Reserve A Date Without A Non Refundable Deposit & Signed Contract.

Here’s Why:

Demand And Availability: Wedding venues often receive inquiries for popular dates from multiple couples.

Commitment And Readiness: Requiring a signed contract and deposit demonstrates that the couple is committed and ready to move forward with the wedding planning process.

Legal Protection: A signed contract provides legal protection for both the venue and the couple.

If You Need To Postpone Or Cancel Your Visit, Please Give Us 24 Hours Notice.

Here’s Why:

Consideration For The Venue: Cancelling with sufficient notice allows the venue to make necessary adjustments and accommodate other couples.

Respect For Other Couples: By cancelling your tour ahead of time, you give other couples the opportunity to visit Kaleidoscope.

Professionalism And Good Communication: Providing ample notice demonstrates professionalism and good communication on your part. It shows that you value the venue's time and resources and that you take your commitments seriously.
